Standing Committees
Six fields give medical students a platform for learning, service, advocacy, exchange and collaboration.
About the Standing Committees
IFMSA-Jo works locally and nationally through six Standing Committees, each focused on a major health topic or medical-student interest.
Every Standing Committee is coordinated by a National Officer elected at the National General Assembly, while Local Officers lead implementation within Local Committees.
Training, campaigns, projects, workshops, advocacy and exchanges complement each committee's work. These formal and non-formal learning opportunities help medical students build skills and become agents of change in their communities.
