SCORA X-Change '26
IFMSA-Jo welcomed the global SCORA family to SCORA X-Change 2026, a month-long exchange dedicated to reproductive health, rights and advocacy in Jordan.
The program focused on gender-based violence prevention and response, HIV and STI awareness and prevention, maternal health, reproductive-health-related cancers and peer exchange that helps improve SCORA projects across National Member Organizations.
Participants joined clinical clerkships in obstetrics and gynecology, urology and specialized STI centers alongside thematic sessions on obstetric violence, domestic violence, contraception and men's reproductive and mental health.
The academic program was paired with a Jordanian cultural itinerary spanning Amman, As-Salt, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Jerash, Ajloun, Um Qais and the Dead Sea, ending with a closing ceremony and goodbye gathering.
